CONTEST RULES

 

1. The contest “Free golf for my friends and I” (the “Contest”) will begin at 9am EST on May 16th and will end at 6pm EST on August 27th, 2010, (“Contest Period”).

 

How to participate?

2. Online:  No purchase necessary, just visit www.golfcowansville.com during the Contest Period and complete the official participation form by including your e-mail address.  You must agree to receive information from Cowansville Golf-Restaurant.

Coupon:  Fill out the “Free golf for my friends and I” coupon that is available at the golf club.

 

3. Limit of one inscription per person, regardless of the participation method used.

 

Grand Prize

4. There will be a prize given every week during the Contest Period. The prize includes four (4) golf passes and the usage of two (2) carts, a value of $248 plus taxes. The prize will be void after its expiration date of October 31st, 2010.

 

5. Cowansville Golf reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace any prize with another similar prize of equal or superior value if the need arises. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or given cash value for and must be accepted as is given. The winner and his/her guests will be responsible for any expenses incurred that are not specifically mentioned herein.

 

6. There will be a draw from all of the eligible inscriptions received every week. The chances of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible inscriptions received.

 

How to win ?

7. Following the draw, an e-mail will be sent to the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted by e-mail within five (5) days after the draw, all of his / her rights to the prize will be removed and another draw will take place on the 6th day to determine a new winner. This process will be repeated until the prize is claimed.

 

Eligibility

8. All Canadian residents that are of legal age in their province or territory of residence are eligible to participate, with the exception of management and employees of Cowansville Golf Club, their immediate families, representatives and everyone that lives with them, as well as the employees of the marketing agency. In the case of this Contest the “immediate family” includes spouse, children, parents, brothers and sisters.

 

9. The contest is subject to applicable laws.

 

10. By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge and confirm to having read and understood these rules and accept the limits established herein as well as follow and respect them. Participants attest that the Contest rules are legible and comprehensible and that they were reasonably available for consultation. Participants accept the limitations of the sponsors of the Contest as well as those of the Contest jury. All decisions will be final and compromising regarding all questions in respect to the Contest and its participants.

 

11. It is possible to obtain the names of the winners by writing to the Contest “ Free golf for my friends and I” at 225, chemin du golf, CP 24, Cowansville, Québec, J2K 3H1, after August 30, 2010 and up to 120 days afterwards.

 

12. For the residents of Quebec: All litigation concerning the administration or organising of the Contest can be deposited with the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a judgement. All litigation concerning the prize can be deposited with the Régie solely to help the parties in attaining a final decision.

 

13. Notice to online participants: In case of dispute concerning an online participant, we will deem that the inscription was made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address that was used at the time of inscription. An “Authorized Account Holder” is any individual that is assigned an e-mail address by an internet provider, an online service provider or any other provider responsible for assigning e-mail addresses to individuals.
